We will work with you to setup aWeber, Constant Contact, or related email marketing software. The setup will not include purchasing the subscription. Each customer will need to setup and pay for their service prior to us beginning.

Once you have the email marketing account setup, we will start with the creation of the newsletter.

Tasks we will perform:

  • Importing of existing client data to newsletter software. Aweber requires the previous subscribers to have been double-opt in confirmations. This assumes data in digital format. Data entry services would require an additional fee.
  • Setting up of newsletter basic settings: Name, how to subscribe, etc.
  • Creation of timed delivery messages. The email content would be provided by you, the customer. Email delivery messages can be written for a separate fee.
  • Insertion of web code and/or delivery of web form code to client’s web contact to facilitate web signups for the newsletter.
